We are an accidental lettings business. We are primarily mortgage brokers authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and help our customers (Landlords) finance the purchase of their investment properties.
We manage both the Landlord, the property and the tenant. Hence our business name – Overlord. We are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (click link below) and will go the extra mile to make sure our properties are the best you will find on the market.
As Mortgage Brokers we have a vast amount of experience in treating customers fairly and we believe this high level of professionalism carries through to help our Landlords manage their investment properties better. Most of us are Landlords personally.
As a tenant we want you to be safe, secure and happy in your home. We respect it will be your home and unlike many letting agents we are not here to micro-manage you.
We have three basic rules for our tenants:
- Pay the rent.
- Treat the property as your own home. If you want to put pictures up, put pictures up. But when you leave, please can we have the property back looking like it did when you moved in.
- If you have a party, please invite your neighbours. The means pleasse try and get along with your neighbours.
